Revisiting the Spiritual Buffet

I did an earlier episode about the spiritual care buffet, but lately I’ve been thinking about just how the different things I do go together and why I offer all these different things. So today, I want to speak a little bit about that and why having so many options can be beneficial to those of us who are neurodivergent, queer, chronically ill or consider themselves disabled (under any model of disability).
